Cancellations & Refunds

At Queenora Jewellery, we aim to deliver products you'll love and cherish. However, if you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review our policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To request cancellation, email us at support@queenora.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or customized jewellery.
- All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing video proof and product images.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
3. Refund Process
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds (if eligible) will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong product).
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or engraved jewellery.
- Items purchased under clearance or festive sale offers.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or water.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is only available for eligible items of the same or higher value, subject to stock availability. Any price difference and re-shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Please email us at support@queenora.in with the following details:
- Order ID and registered email/phone number
- Reason for return/refund
- Clear images and unboxing video proof (mandatory for claims)
7. Policy Updates
Queenora reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with the new effective date.
